Articulated Teak Monkey in the style of Kay Bojesen for Zooline

This is an original 1950's Zoo Line toy, a Los Angeles based company created playful wooden animal figurines made in Japan. They were primarily sold at zoos and parks. This monkey is in the style of the famous Danish monkey designed by Kay Bojesen. It can hang from any of its hands or feet and has a cheeky smile. Arms, hands, legs, neck and feet are movable joints allowing one to play with it. A wonderful addition to any nursery, office or home that has a love of playfulness. Retains its original label hanging from one arm.
