This gorgeous walnut Drexel Declaration Highboy is as cool today as it was when it was made in 1960. Designed for the Drexel Declaration series by Stewart McDougall and Kipp Stewart, this piece is a combination of warm walnut with the original white porcelain pulls, classic long tapered legs, and unfussy lines. Drexel Declaration is considered a classic American mid century dresser and was one of the best selling series of American made furniture during the period.
The top of the piece has a drop-down cabinet door that reveals two open drawers that pull out. Below you have three spacious drawers. All drawers are dovetailed and solid oak. The Grain is gorgeous on this dresser. Pictures do not do it justice.
