This is a stunning set of 4 dining chairs model CH30 designed by Hans J. Wegner and manufactured by Carl Hansen & Son in Odense Denmark 1950.
These chairs are an early design by Wegner and were first introduced in 1950. These chairs feature organic contours and elegant styling. These chairs are a perfect demonstration of early Wegnerโs unique design approach and insightful craftsmanship. The backrest features a fantastic shaped connection of the frame to the back shell. This kind of woodwork is typical for the design by Wegner. And it is with good reason that he is referred to as the Master of the Chair.
